Peruvian Wheat Gritz In a saucepan, heat the oil, and saute the onion and garlic, then add the water. When the contents begin to boil, slowly add the Dona Isabel gritz wheat and stir constantly. Let it boil for 20 minutes. Serve and sprinkle parmesan cheese. Makes 10 servings
